We contract with treatment programs, but work directly with a program's patients and their families. When patient families investigate a program, we liaison and manage all aspects of insurance with them directly. Services we provide to your patients include:

• Verification of Benefits to determine the payment structure of their plan. Phone call to inform them about their plan and the likelihood and possible length of coverage.
• Information Interview/Exchange to gather information towards meeting insurance medical necessity criteria.
• Pre Authorization with the insurance company
